- 0.25oz islay single malt scotch
- 0.75oz lemon juice
- 0.75oz honey syrup
- 3-4 slices of fresh ginger
Muddle the ginger in a tin. Combine the rest with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
