  • 2oz Japanese whiskey
  • 0.75oz yuzu juice
  • 0.75oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Combine in a tin without ice (optionally use a shaker ball) and shake your brains out. Then add a few ice cubes and short shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
