2 strawberries
2oz bourbon
0.75oz lemon juice
0.5oz simple syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
2oz ginger beer

Muddle strawberry, then add the rest and shake. Fine strain into highball glass over ice while pouring ginger beer. Garnish with strawberry and lemon.
